Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking experienced Right of Way Acquisition Specialists to support utility-scale solar energy projects across the Midwest, with a primary focus on Ohio. The role involves working directly with landowners, project teams, title resources, and client stakeholders through the land acquisition process.

Preferred candidates are proficient in landowner negotiations, renewable energy land acquisition, and can operate independently in rural project environments while traveling as needed

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) required.
• Prior right of way, land acquisition, easement acquisition, renewable energy leasing, or landowner negotiation experience required.
• Experience with solar energy, renewable energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support right of way and land acquisition activities for utility-scale solar energy projects.
• Conduct landowner outreach and build relationships with property owners and local stakeholders.
• Facilitate negotiations for easements, options, rights-of-entry, solar lease agreements, and related project documents.
• Travel throughout assigned Midwest project areas as project needs require.
