Job description

Job Title: Midwest Sales Representative
Location: St. Charles, MO 63303

The Midwest Sales Representative represents and sells Natoli encapsulation, tablet compression tooling, tablet presses, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent all Natoli products and services for different industries including: pharmaceutical, confectionery, nutritional, veterinary, and industrial.
  2. Research, capture, and generate new business for encapsulation, tablet compression tooling, rotary tablet compression machines, press parts, and source training opportunities.
  3. Maintain and support existing sales for encapsulation, tablet compression tooling, machine parts, and rotary tablet compression machines.
  4. Assist with technical support.
  5. Regularly update senior management with sales data and market reports.
  6. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  1. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  3. Willing to travel up to 50%.
  4. Lead project collaboration efforts with colleagues.
  5. Partner with an organization that is fast-paced and growth-oriented.
  6. Be flexible and adaptable in a highly competitive and evolving industry.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of technical sales experience.
  2. Experience with encapsulation, tooling, tablet compression tooling, and tablet presses is preferred.
