Qualifications

• Experience running multiple sites and bulk/liquid handling facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for eight liquid bulk terminal operations in the Midwest.
• Supervise ~160 employees across multiple locations, including unions.
• Oversee safety programs, environmental permitting, and DOT assets.
• Negotiate with union and workforce; manage staffing and performance feedback.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and KPI-driven processes for inbound/outbound operations.
• Develop customer relations using quantitative, quality-based approaches.
• Provide training and development; interview and hire staff.
• Ensure timely reporting and performance of warehouse/tank farm, inventory, and parcels.
• Maintain operations to meet margin objectives and corporate performance goals.
