Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial casualty underwriting.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of underwriters for various insurance risks.
• Solicit and underwrite new and renewal business.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients to drive growth.
