Job summary

Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking a Rare Epilepsy Market Lead to act as the local market expert across a Midwest-leaning US geography. You will engage with epilepsy COEs and HCP treaters to identify barriers to treatment, provide disease state education, and promote Onfi and Sabril in a compliant manner.

The role involves generating actionable insights, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and advancing Lundbeck’s mission to improve lives of people with rare neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech.
• 3+ years of specialty sales in pharma/biotech/biologics or medical devices.
• Strong clinical and business acumen for scientific discussions with epilepsy centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local market expert, assessing customer preferences, needs, access challenges, and competition across the rare epilepsy ecosystem.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned to national strategy.
• Identify field-driven solutions and execution plans based on local market dynamics while aligning with BU strategies.
• Provide education resources on DEEs and seizure disorders, including disease identification, patient journey, and treatment considerations for Onfi and Sabril.
