Job summary

UES is seeking a recruiter to support our Midwest region, performing full-cycle recruitment across UES operations while partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers. You will manage the candidate lifecycle, from sourcing through offers, and help develop strategies to meet regional workforce needs.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, market research, and close collaboration with HR and operational leaders to drive timely hires.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, or HR support roles.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and pre-employment activities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand regional hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, urgency, and candidate profiles.
• Build relationships with Area Managers, Branch Managers, Department Managers, Project Managers, HR Business Partners, and other hiring partners.
• Recruit across construction materials testing and inspection, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, drilling, laboratory operations, engineering, project management, and other business functions.
