Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 10+ years in business communications or related field.
• Exceptional writer, editor and storyteller for senior audiences.
• Aptitude to translate regional priorities into engaging programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated Reach & Engagement strategy for the Midwest.
• Shape high-impact internal and external communications across the region.
• Advise leadership on communications strategy, reputation, and engagement.
• Develop programs with media, events, digital content, and thought leadership.
• Mobilize partners and colleagues to deliver measurable impact.
