Dave & Buster’s is seeking Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to repair and maintain our games, simulators, and technical equipment while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist Guests, stock and secure merchandise, and help keep the midway clean and fully functional. A flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, is required for this role, with benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401K available.

Qualifications

• Repair and maintenance of amusements equipment and midways.
• Provide timely and accurate service to Guests and Team Members.
• Must be friendly, able to work days/nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain games and equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games; secure storage areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and answer questions as needed.
