Job summary

Polymer Capital Management (US), LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office professional to support trading desks, confirm transactions, and streamline fund operations. The role includes trade bookings, matchings, reconciliations, P&L, collateral reporting, and liaison with brokers and admins.

A Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting degree and at least 5 years in financial services are required. Strong Excel and programming skills, plus excellent communication and a proactive mindset, are

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Accounting or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial services.
• Good knowledge of Listed products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to details.
• Positive and proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel and programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade support to the trading desks.
• Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, P&L reconciliation.
• Liaises with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrator on break resolutions.
• Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review.
• Perform collateral and margin reporting.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects.
