Brobston Group LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Supply Chain Distribution Planning Manager to manage inventory and distribution for an assigned category across the Americas, aligning stock to support commercial goals and minimize depreciation. This role partners with Merchandising, Logistics, Retail, and central Supply Chain teams and is based in Midtown Manhattan with four days on site.

Qualifications

5+ years in distribution, allocation, or supply chain, preferably luxury fashion.
Strong data analysis and BI skills with Excel, Power BI, SQL; Python is a plus.
Commercial mindset with excellent communication, organizational, project-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage regional inventory priorities.
Ability to work on site in Midtown Manhattan four days per week.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels to maximize sales and reduce depreciation.
Optimize inventory allocation and perform stock rebalancing across stores.
Monitor order fulfillment and provide visibility and recommendations to Retail teams.
Develop ad hoc tools, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, Operations, and central Supply Chain on cross-functional initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and support change management projects.
