• Develops contracting strategies and builds relationships with key suppliers to optimize service terms and pricing.
• Leads bid packages from development to PO execution and aligns requirements with stakeholders.
• Negotiates terms and conditions of service/supply agreements and manages rate sheets.
• Performs data analysis, total cost of ownership, and should-cost modeling to inform decisions.
• Advises on contract compliance, mitigates risk, and coordinates with legal and stakeholders.
• Drives value creation through cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance KPIs.
• Supports category management and collaborates across Supply Chain functions to deploy best practices.
• Maintains supplier relationships and uses SCM tools to improve processes.
