Job summary

Location is on-site in St. Paul Park, MN with a focus on cost reduction, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to support refinery operations and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Supply Chain or business relevant experience.
• Procurement and sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and P2P cycles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and optimize terms.
• Align sourcing activities with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead bid package process from development to PO, including pre-bid meetings and site walks.
• Analyze benchmark data and perform root cause analysis for supply challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide commercial support across functions.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and ensure supplier performance and continuity.
