Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our plant operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs, drives, and conveyance equipment to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read basic blueprints, and a safety-focused mindset in a fast-paced team environment. Midshift, 1:30pm–11:30pm, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to access all areas of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record daily meter readings and boiler chemistry where applicable.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours to minimize downtime.
• Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
