Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced linen service environment. The role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will work on midshift (1:30pm-11:30pm) with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork with production staff. Prior PLC, inverter drives, pneumatics, and hydraulic experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Keen focus on safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to access all areas of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation data.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
