MediLodge of Mt. Pleasant in Mount Pleasant, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Warrior Midnight Shift. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering total nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring resident safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in Michigan and CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and performs treatments as required.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises, directs, and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy and other departments; participates in staff orientation and training.
