Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a full-time Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) for the Midnight Shift (7pm–7am) at the Novi, Michigan community. The role involves patrols, gatehouse relief, and responding to emergencies while maintaining safety protocols.

Requirements include being at least 18, possessing a valid drivers license, CPR for Healthcare Providers, and EMR certification (higher levels acceptable; EMR must be obtained within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid drivers license.
• EMR/EMT certification or higher; must obtain EMR within 30 days if hired.
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Prior security or EMS experience preferred.
• State regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse, responding to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care using basic interventions.
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activity.
• Coordinate with local police, fire and EMS during emergencies.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online report system.
