Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred.
• EMR/EMT certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols and provide relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and calls for service.
• Prepare detailed incident reports using the online system.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
