Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Current LPN licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care and health education.

• Provide safe medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess guests and notify physician of changes; implement orders.
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests.
