Responsabilidades

• Provide central inpatient pharmacy coverage and oversee decentralized areas.
• Oversee and train pharmacy technicians; supervise operations.
• Interpret and supervise order entry and clinical drug therapy reviews.
• Participate in medication profile review, dosing, and IV to PO conversions as needed.
• Assist with quality assurance and prevention of medication errors.
• Respond to code blue situations with medication interventions.
