Job summary

Memorial Health System (Ohio) seeks a Midnight Staff Pharmacist to support central inpatient and decentralized pharmacy operations, supervise technicians, provide drug information, and ensure adherence to hospital standards. The role covers order entry, clinical activities, and quality assurance, with responsibility in the absence of the pharmacy director.

Ohio licensure is required; WV license acceptable if employed across WV.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio; WV license acceptable if working in WV.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage of central inpatient pharmacy and decentralized areas as requested.
• Oversee and train pharmacy technicians and provide direction as needed.
• Provide drug information to hospital staff and patients; assist with sterile products and chemotherapy preparation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and medication safety initiatives.
