Morgan Lewis is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of technology and complex commercial transactions experience to join our corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice in our Chicago office or other offices. The candidate must be an active member of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 3-5 years of experience in technology or other complex commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus.
