Boly:Welch is seeking a Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in the Portland area to represent businesses in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. This hybrid position combines independent work with collaborative teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience, is a member of the Oregon State Bar, and holds a JD.

Responsibilities

• Represent businesses in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations.
• Draft legal documents pertaining to bankruptcy and litigation; appear in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts; manage foreclosures and restructurings.
• Counsel businesses on risk management and insolvency concerns.
• Work independently and collaboratively with strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Are you looking to bring your commercial litigation experience to a collaborative law office? This highly regarded law firm is seeking a motivated Bankruptcy/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their top-notch team of litigators. In this position, you’ll represent businesses in bankruptcy court, commercial litigation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. This will involve drafting a variety of legal documents pertaining to bankruptcy and litigation; appearing in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts; and managing foreclosures and restructurings. Additionally, you’ll counsel businesses on risk management and insolvency concerns. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with your research, writing, and analytical skills, will make you a strong contender for this role. You’ll have reasonable billable hour requirements with generous bonuses for meeting expectations. This is a hybrid position.
