PlanIT Group is seeking a Mid – Level .NET Developer to support our Federal customer in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting a Federal Government customer in Rosslyn, VA. The candidate must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in the last 5 years. Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years consecutively.

Job Details:

• Title: Mid – Level .NET Developer
• Location: Remote anywhere
• Start Date: 03/10/25
• Duration: One year plus annual extensions

Position Description:

• Skilled applications developer with experience implementing design patterns such as MVC and MVP.
• Collaborates with a development team to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently on complex applications.
• May take on specialized duties as assigned.

Primary Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 recent years with Angular, C#, and .NET Technologies.
• Strong skills in web application development, object-oriented analysis and design, including SPA design.
• Excellent knowledge of Angular, Microsoft TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
• Experience with web formats and scripting languages such as JSON, HTML, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, web services, REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile development, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL.
• Strong communication skills; Test Driven Development and AI tools experience are pluses.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and meet travel/residency requirements.

Additional Provisions:

• Must pass client mandated clearance processes.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Resided in the US for the past 5 years; travel outside the US limited to 6 months in last 5 years (military service excluded).
