Qualifications

• 2–4 years of licensing and commercial partnering transactions experience.
• Experience with biotechs and big pharmas.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent biotechs and pharmaceutical companies in licensing patents.
• Collaborate on advancing therapeutics, vaccines, and diagnostics through clinical trials.
• Negotiate complex commercial transactions in the life sciences sector.
