Job description

In Order to Join the ELEVI Team you will need:

• You must have a current or active security clearance with a poly.
• Possess fourteen (14) or more years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; alternatively, four additional years of experience may qualify.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or four years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a degree.
• Required Skills/Experience:
  • Linux system administration (file system manipulation, monitoring and logging, troubleshooting; command line tools: ps, netstat, top, SSH, grep)
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, automation and monitoring of tools and processes
  • Kubernetes (deployment, management, configuration)
  • Docker (deployment, management, configuration)
• Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with Apache NiFi
  • Experience with visualization/reporting tools (Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Experience hardening COTS application configurations

Day-to-Day Activities

• The individual will work with a dynamic and innovative engineering team to develop new capabilities supporting front-end data processing for a mission-critical tool.
• They will support the modernization of front-end processing services.
• They will modernize malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to protect national security systems.
• The engineer will explore new technologies, prototype mission tools and analytics, and develop new algorithms to solve mission-related problems.

Pay Range

$150,400 - $200,300. Compensation may vary based on location, contract labor categories, wage rates, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Benefits include healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, continuing education, and time-off options.
