Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm. Candidates must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.

$260,000 - $310,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
