Fenwick & West seeks a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Boston. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm.

Candidates must be an active Bar member in the jurisdiction where they will work. We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible

Qualifications

• Active Bar member or eligible to sit/waive into next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials are required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
