Fusion Technology, LLC is seeking a security-cleared Business/Systems Analyst to join our Washington, DC team onsite. The role focuses on integrating IT Asset Management (ITAM) with IT Service Management (ITSM), maintaining inventory platforms, and delivering data-driven insights.

You will liaise with stakeholders, document requirements, and support governance and BI initiatives across IT teams. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4–5 years as a Business/Systems Analyst.
• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicits requirements and supports design, implementation, and operations of a modern enterprise technology asset inventory.
• Maintains assets inventory platforms, tracks lifecycle processes, and ensures data quality.
• Performs basic analysis of inventory data and reports KPIs to improve accuracy and usability.
• Liaises with stakeholders and gathers evolving needs for system enhancements.
• Develops documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
• Collaborates across ITBI teams to support BI reporting and data standardization.

** Who are you?**

** Security-cleared Professional:** An active Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

** Education and Experience:** You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in data- centric environments. Other requirements include:

• Strong documentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills required.
• Candidate must have a blend of technical acumen, analytical ability, and business communication skills.
• Some experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM/ITSM platform would be helpful.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks is also beneficial.

** What you'll do:**

• Elicits requirements and supports the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of a modern enterprise technology asset inventory integrating IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Maintains both new and legacy technology inventory platforms by tracking assets, supporting lifecycle processes, curating data, and implementing QA, data quality controls, and data‑integrity routines.
• Conducts basic analysis of technology inventory data, develops and reports KPIs, and provides insights or recommendations to improve accuracy, usability, and decision‑readiness.
• Serves as a liaison with stakeholders, assisting users with technical and program inquiries and gathering evolving needs for system enhancements.
• Develops and updates relevant documentation, SOPs, workflows, standards, guides, and training materials.
• Collaborates closely across ITBI teams to support BI enablement, data standardization, and any technology inventory‑related BI reporting.
