Vallourec North America is seeking a Midland Field Operations Manager to lead field service operations across multiple sites in Midland, TX. You will coordinate staff, budgets, and equipment utilization while ensuring safety and customer-focused service delivery.
You will manage personnel, travel frequently (domestic/international), and partner with Sales to strengthen customer relationships. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of leadership in field service are preferred, with SAP experience a plus.
