The Manufacturing Systems Analyst (Program Analyst) gathers, reviews and analyzes customers’ requirements. The candidate should be able to convert user requirements into a system functional specification. He or She will work closely with consultants, vendors, and VDIS (Vallourec Digital & Information Systems) peers to develop solutions based upon functional requirements. The candidate will create design documents; as well as configure and create custom programs within the PSI Metals application framework. The position is a major contributor to increasing the Company’s competitive position within the OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) marketplace by enabling continuous improvement initiatives.
