Job summary

We expect 2+ years in design, with prior iGaming experience preferred. Hands-on experience with AI pipelines and animation is a strong plus, and the role offers full-time, full-cycle

ROLE SUMMARY

The Middle Web/Graphic Designer joins our iGaming creative team to design and deliver work across site, email, and landing page templates, visual materials for our brands, and animated content for banners and landings. You keep source files up to date, support the front-end team through implementation, and use AI tools as a genuine part of your day-to-day process - not as an occasional shortcut. This is a full-time, full-cycle role working directly on Tier-1 brands, not through an affiliate or arbitrage team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver site, email, and landing page templates for company brands
• Create visual materials for company and marketing needs
• Produce animated content - banners and landing page animations
• Keep source files updated to their latest version and well organised
• Support design materials through front-end development, ensuring accurate implementation
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Freepik, Magnific, and similar) as an integrated part of the daily design workflow, not just occasional use
• Big plus: build and maintain design workflows using node-based AI pipelines, e.g. Weavy by Figma or equivalent

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Soft skills: team player, strong time management, ownership and responsibility.

Hard skills: UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, AI tools used daily in production (Midjourney, Freepik, Magnific, and similar).

Experience: 2+ years in design or a related field. Prior experience in iGaming is required - candidates without it will not be considered.

Big plus: hands-on experience with node-based AI pipelines and AI upscaling/generation tools (Weavy by Figma, Freepik, Magnific, or similar) - if you’ve already built workflows around these systems, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

OTHER

• Intermediate animation skills (Adobe After Effects or similar) are a plus
• Level depends on the project - Junior to Middle+ - your portfolio should show a strong understanding of template creation, a great sense of color, and unique designs or concepts
• This industry doesn’t forgive slow learners - but if you’re already in the topic, you’ll enjoy it here
• Genuine desire to learn new techniques and share knowledge with the team
