Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach and Athletic Director in administering the middle school wrestling program
• Discipline and mentor student-athletes; communicate with parents/guardians
• Schedule, travel planning, and budget oversight for the program
• Supervise facilities, equipment, and uniforms; attend all games and practices
• Coordinate with high school and middle school coaches to align development plans
• Attend professional development and coach meetings and perform other duties as assigned
