Job summary

Alexandria Public Schools in Minnesota is seeking a Coaching Position: Middle School Winter Strength Training Supervisor to guide student athletes during the winter session 1/4/27 through 2/19/27. The role focuses on fundamental skills, conditioning, and sport-specific training.

You will establish policies to inform parents and students, supervise student welfare, manage discipline, and coordinate with the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising middle school programs.
• Ability to communicate policies to parents and students clearly.
• Commitment to student safety and welfare during activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish policies to keep parents and students informed of activities and events.
• Attend required meetings and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain student welfare and oversee level of competition; instruct in skills and training.
• Maintain discipline and raise morale within the school program.
• Enforce no hazing and safety regulations as described in handbook.
