Job summary

CoachCorner in Chelsea, NYC is seeking a committed and energetic Head and Assistant Coach for the Girls MS and Varsity Soccer team for Fall 2025. This stipend-based role supports a private school and offers mentorship of high school student-athletes.

Responsibilities include executing training sessions, game plans, athlete development, and collaboration with the head coach. Scheduling includes practices at 3:30pm and some weekend events; season runs Aug 18–Nov 7.

Qualifications

• Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work closely with the head coach to execute training sessions, game plans, and athlete development.
• Must be available for the full season (Aug 18 – Nov 7).

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in planning and conducting training sessions.
• Contribute to game plans and athlete development for Girls MS and Varsity Soccer.
• Mentor high school student-athletes and support team objectives.
• Coordinate with head coach on schedule and events, including practices and tournaments.
