Qualifications

• Experience in track and field or related athletic activity is preferred.
• Previous coaching experience is beneficial.
• Strong interest in helping student-athletes grow academically, athletically, and socially.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading practices for the track team.
• Develop student-athletes' skills and promote teamwork and discipline.
• Support the track and field program goals and provide a positive athletic environment.
• Coordinate evening practices and meet broadcasting with the head coach.
