Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address spiritual, emotional, and physical growth.
Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating and reinforcing.
Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs.
Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school's behavioral policies.
Maintain positive communication with families through newsletters, daily updates, and as-needed outreach.
Attend regular staff meetings and participate in annual reviews and professional development.
Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff.
Bachelor's degree and teacher certification are required.
Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience.
