Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers’ COVE School in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Certified Special Ed Teacher to join a dynamic team serving grades 5–8. You will implement hands‑on instruction, integrate SEL and executive function development, and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.

You’ll differentiate curricula, support students age 12–16, participate in multidisciplinary teams, document progress, and help maintain a safe learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in special education or related field.
• Massachusetts License in Moderate Disabilities is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Computer literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Differentiate curriculum with a team of teachers and specialists.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and families.
• Maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in special education or related field
