Job Description

• Provide special education services for middle school students through a combination of resource support and co-teaching classroom models.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum, adapt instructional materials, and implement accommodations to support student success.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members.
• Support students in accessing the general education curriculum while promoting independence and academic achievement.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and other collaborative school-based activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday school schedule.
