Responsibilities

• Lead and support classrooms with a focus on equitable, high-quality instruction.
• Design and implement standards-aligned courses and units that foster critical thinking.
• Develop IEPs, assess and track student progress, and provide accommodations as needed.
• Provide regular tutoring and targeted supports to students on IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff to modify curriculum for diverse learning needs.
• Engage families and maintain strong home-school communication.
