Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the special education teacher in instructional activities.
• Assist with behavior and/or emotional needs of students.
• Read to students and listen to reading.
• Assist with make-up work and reinforce teacher instructions.
• Supervise lunchroom, halls, and other assigned areas.
• Inventory books, materials, and equipment.
• Report student progress to the teacher or administrator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
