• Ability and willingness to work outside of normal hours including evening and weekends.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to enthuse a wide range of participants.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a high-quality coaching program to maximize participation and performance.
• Plan each activity session to show progression.
• Ensure coaching equipment is set up, maintained, stored and returned after games/practices.
• Apply Health and Safety policies and procedures per district policy.
• Mentor and guide other coaches, players and student volunteers.
• Pursue continuous professional development and attend relevant training.
