• Evidence of meeting ISBE standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction to middle school social studies students.
• Develop lesson plans aligned to Illinois Learning Standards.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate instruction for students.
• Maintain the Teacher Gradebook.
• Participate in MTSS and PBIS processes.
• Continual review of student data (district assessments, local and state testing).
• Collaborate with special education teachers and administration.
• Attend staff and in-service meetings directed by building administration.
• Maintain contact with parents to support student achievement.
• Maintain the professional atmosphere of the school.
• Perform other duties in alignment with job classification as directed by the principal or designee.
