• Lead and develop students in extra-curricular, and in some instances, co-curricular activities to help achieve both individual and program success.
• Develop and implement an effective program focusing on skill development, teamwork, and well-rounded students.
• Plan and execute practice sessions and maintain a positive, inclusive culture emphasizing respect, discipline, and commitment.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and community members to promote a supportive program.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development as requested.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and state policies.
• Communicate with students, parents, and administration regarding activities, schedules and expectations.
• Encourage academics and balance with extracurricular activities.
• Attend, support and supervise students at competitions and events.
