Sacred Heart Schools in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Justice Tuesday Coordinator to support the middle school service program and the CSL in coordinating Justice Tuesday activities. The role reports to the Formation to Mission & Campus Ministry Director and emphasizes service-learning integration with classroom curricula.

The selected candidate will organize schedules, arrange site logistics, supervise students, and ensure safety and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/equivalent experience in education, social services, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create a plan for each Justice Tuesday, with Community Partners.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and site arrangements.
• Coordinate chaperones with MS Head.
• Coordinate parent drivers and POTH volunteers.
• Consult with Nurse to ensure student safety.
• Coordinate student assembly before service with prayer and directions.
• Serve as a chaperone at service sites and supervise students.
• Monitor project implementation and ensure goals are met.
• Address student concerns during service activities.
