Job Summary:

Permanent full-time position with a start date of July 1, 2025. Enrollment 300. Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification required. Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability in maintaining and leading a culture of character development for middle school students. Our Middle School has been nationally recognized as a PAMLE “School to Watch”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and curriculum.
• Supervise and support teachers, staff, and students to maintain a positive and effective school climate.
• Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, discipline, safety, and extracurricular activities.
• Lead professional development opportunities and instructional improvement efforts for staff.
• Communicate regularly with parents, community members, and district leadership.
• Manage the school budget and resources responsibly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with district policies, state and federal regulations, and educational standards.
• Support student academic growth, social-emotional well-being, and positive behavior initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification
• Previous successful teaching experience, with administrative or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, student-centered school culture.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 245 day contract, including some evenings and weekends for school events and meetings.

Compensation:

• Salary and benefits as determined by the district’s Act 93 salary schedule.
