Lower Merion School District is seeking an outstanding school leader within its organization: Middle School Principal. The Principal is an instructional leader who champions an environment of inclusivity and belonging, facilitates positive employee relations, and promotes an organizational culture of success for all students and staff. In support of school and district leadership, the Principal is responsible for overall school management, health and safety, student activities and services, community relations, personnel, and curriculum/instruction. Working with staff, families, and students, the Principal establishes the goals of the school and identifying objectives for instructional and extracurricular programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Lower Merion offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in addition to a comprehensive benefit package consistent with its Act 93 ("LMOSA") Agreement. This is an Act 93 position and is available July 1, 2025.
