Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of higher education preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to read/understand IEPs and support accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classrooms, libraries, and computer labs.
• Monitor and redirect behavior; implement behavior plans.
• Support individual or small group instruction and life skills.
• Document student progress as directed by staff.
• Assist with transportation and daily routines as needed.
• Participate in trainings and staff development.
