Responsibilities

• Fostering positive student relationships through core values and social-emotional learning
• Differentiating lesson plans while adhering to Vista’s curriculum
• Teaching and coordinating school-wide systems and procedures in line with school culture
• Participating in curriculum planning, professional development, and school events
• Communicating with students, families, and colleagues to build relationships
• Reviewing student data to address learning needs and ensure mastery
• Contributing to ongoing refinement of instructional practices via performance rubrics
• Participating in annual staff training and community activities
