Responsibilities

• Differentiate lesson plans to align with Vista’s curriculum and student needs.
• Deliver and model standards-aligned lessons to meet grade-level expectations.
• Collaborate on curriculum planning, professional development, and school events.
• Communicate with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.
• Review data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Support school-wide systems and procedures in line with school culture.
• Participate in staff trainings and planning for the new school year.
