Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Valid Ohio Educator License appropriate for grade levels taught.
• Successful completion of FBI and state background checks.
• Adherence to Licensure Code of Professional Conduct and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction using district curriculum and standards.
• Design inquiry-based lessons, labs, and simulations connecting to real-world workforce.
• Establish routines and PBIS frameworks to maximize instructional time and safety.
• Assess student progress with formative and summative assessments and differentiate as needed.
• Collaborate with high school CTE instructors, businesses, and community partners to support career pathways.
